How do my pies arrive, and how should I store them?
All online orders are delivered freshly chilled (never frozen) in white board boxes. Place them straight into the refrigerator if eating within a few days, or pop them in the freezer immediately to lock in that fresh-baked quality.
What are the best heating instructions for the perfect crispy crust?
For that authentic bakery experience, always use a conventional oven instead of a microwave:
- From Chilled: Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- From Frozen: Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes. (If the top browns too quickly, loosely tent a piece of foil over it).
