Return and Refund Policy

At Oatley Village Pies, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest, highest-quality baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns or offer a standard return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@oatleyvillagepies.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item's condition or the incorrect item received

We address these issues on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Order Cancellations

As our pies and baked goods are made fresh to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once the order preparation has begun or the delivery/pickup cut-off time has passed.

Failed Deliveries and Unattended Orders

Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery details and that someone is available to receive your order. We do not take responsibility if you fail to receive an order. Once the order has been delivered to your specified address, it is your sole responsibility to accept and secure the items.
