Order Processing
Delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Depending on your location, there are cut-off times to ensure your order is fresh. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Free Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at the following locations:
- Oatley Village Pies
- Rosebery Patisserie New York x Oatley Village Pies
- Caringbah Patisserie New York
- Revesby Patisserie New York
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for $12 for orders over $50 (minimum order). If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Delivery times are calculated at checkout, and cut-off times apply depending on your location to guarantee freshness.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Failed Deliveries and Unattended Orders
Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery details and that someone is available to receive your order. We do not take responsibility if you fail to receive an order. Once the order has been delivered to your specified address, it is your sole responsibility to accept and secure the items.
Domestic & International Shipping
To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products, Oatley Village Pies currently only offers local delivery and store pickup. At this time, we do not ship domestically or internationally.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods, we handle returns and issues on a case-by-case basis rather than offering a standard return window.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oatleyvillagepies.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
