Where are your physical storefronts located and what are their hours?
You can find us at two retail hubs across Sydney:

- Rosebery NYC x OVP Store: 437 Gardeners Rd, Rosebery NSW 2018

How does Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup) work?
If you want to skip the delivery fee or guarantee your favourite pie doesn't sell out, choose the In-Store Pickup option at checkout. Simply select either the Oatley or Rosebery storefront as your collection point and choose your preferred pickup window.
Is the menu in the shops exactly the same as the online store?
Not exactly! Our online store focuses on chilled multi-packs and family sizes to stock your home or office. Our physical storefronts feature a shifting daily retail menu of hot, ready-to-eat single pies, local market specials, sweet pastries, and fresh espresso.
